An Evening for the Senses is a journey into brief meditations for awakening your sensory experience, and delighting in a homemade Kazakh feast, to be eaten with your hands.

Connect, enjoy, meditate, eat, feel good.

Manty — Kazakh dumplings filled with lamb, pumpkin and spices
– Accompaniments: Spicy Korean salads, pickled onions, a selection of salsas
– Complimentary glass of wine
– Tea: a traditional sweet spread with tea, halva, dry fruit, nuts and honey

Chef Mari Volkosh (Mince & Dough | UK) exquisite tastes from her native country, as you enter into pleasurable meditations for your senses, guided by meditation facilitator Sandrine Harris (Kinesoma: Dance, Feldenkrais, Meditation, Mindful Practice | USA).
