As it’s an introductory level session, we’re bringing you back to basics and teaching you everything you need to know to become a dim sum folding pro. Everything – from making the wrappers, rolling them out and creating a delicious filling – will be made from scratch. You’ll even learn where to source the right products and sauces. The class ends with a big dim sum lunch washed down with green tea and coffee.
