Jean Parker is a London-born artist whose work reveals the over and underworlds from the micro perspective to the long view, with an organic fusion of style and attitude.
Her unique application of colour combines and reflections of the natural world in cellular form. As Jean herself says of her art, “It just started and evolved with a lifetime of practice.”
Curator Richard Heley writes, “Lovely abstract and figurative paintings, fused with Jean’s joyous appreciation of the existence of nature and entwined with her considered understanding of the nature of existence.”
