Chicken Adobo sa Gata – Chicken adobo with chilli and coconut cream with kangkong (water spinach), chayote, cassava, black garlic emulsion, crispy garlic and chilli oil, served with jasmine rice

Laing (v) – Taro leaves stewed in a spicy coconut sauce served with taro fondant, tofu, saru crisps, spring onion and chilli oil, served with jasmine rice
