Pure Taste may have closed but the kitchen team’s passion for creating amazing food is very much alive!

LLIURE will be staying true to their gluten-free roots but also expanding dietary horizons a little for a truly mouthwatering menu. This time round all the dishes are gluten-, grain- and sugar-free but they have included dairy (grass-fed of course!) in the hollandaise along with sweetcorn and pulses on the vegetarian menu.
