Paolino – Fit Pasta has launched in Maida Hill market last Tuesday 7 February. The team behind this new concept developed a highly nutritive and gluten-free pasta powered by chickpeas.
Paolino is the first member of Maida Hill Place’s market program who joined us in October 2016. They initially started out offering panzerotti, an Italian speciality. But after trading in North End Road Christmas market in December, they started a revolution in London’s street food.
So here comes Paolino’s chickpea pasta, with half the carbs and twice the protein of regular pasta. It’s also high in high fibre to protect the digestive system, and is naturally gluten-free. Delicious homemade vegan sauces complete the meal. All allergens and nutritional information are clearly displayed.
You can find Paolino trading every Tuesday to Thursday, from 11.30am – 2.30am in Maida Hill market W9 3ET.
