– Introduction to the FSE and the laws covering food
– Understanding COSHH and designing HACCP hazard analysis plans
– Health & Safety
– Allergen laws and food labelling
Sessions with MHP Chefs

4) Practical workshops 
– Kitchen time for supervised menu/product development
– Specialist equipment training
– Skills masterclasses
– Hosting, front of house and service
Sessions with MHP Chefs

Evening workshops Wednesday from 6.30 – 8.30 with a Q&A session, refreshments and networking until 9.30pm. Saturday morning and afternoon practical workshops.
