Community Tuesdays

Pop-in to MHP on Tuesdays for health and wellbeing. We have Yoga in the mornings, massage and therapy in the afternoons. MHP work with PIP to produce a range of fresh juices for the day.

FREE NHS HEALTH CHECKS 

Harrow Road Community Champions @ Maida Hill Place are offering FREE HEALTH CHECKS for Westminster residents aged 40 – 74 years who do not have a diagnosed medical condition.

Raise awareness of your own health state:

• Weight / BMI; Heart Age; Blood Pressure; Cholesterol Levels
• Risk of Diabetes; Risk of Cardio Vascular Disease
• Collect your file with your results on the day for your own reference.
• Discuss options for general health improvement & preventing the onset of health problems in later life.

The Health Checks held at Maida Hill Place take no longer than 30 minutes to complete and no clothing is required to be removed during the checks: Call 020 8964 2549 to make an appointment or visit Maida Hill Place.

• Are you passionate about health? Committed to Health Improvement / Healthier lifestyles?
• Do you have time to spare to assist the champions project with delivering health information and activities in the Harrow Road Ward?
• Are you looking for opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills?
