Over the course of the last two years of developing Kitchen Theory’s conceptual dining events, they have been very fortunate to collaborate with some exciting, highly creative, highly skilled and ever so interesting people; and their next collaborator Chef Stefano De Costanzo definitely ticks all these boxes.
He combines his passion, creativity, meticulous dessert expertise and experience working with Giorgio Locatelli and Gordon Ramsay to bring you a sensual and sensory 6 course dining extravaganza.
